What can you bring to Camp?

Lunch - Campers should bring a small cooler or insulated bag to keep their food cool.

Sunscreen - All parents must send their child to camp with sunscreen and bug spray.

Bathing suit & Towel - We swim Monday, Thursday, and Friday at the Gath Pool. Campers will also swim on fieldtrips days above.

Sneakers - Our campers participate in a sports activity every day. It is safer for your child to wear sneakers during camp.

What NOT to bring to Camp:

Trading Cards or Toys - These items can be distracting to other campers & trading often leads to unnecessary arguments.

Cell phones, Tablets, Handheld Games - These are high theft items, and we cannot guarantee their security. It is illegal for us to lock a school bus and it is not practical for a camper to carry them all day.

Large coolers & bags - We can't accommodate these large items on our bus.

All field trips will happen on Wednesdays.  All trips are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen obstacles.

We'll be departing from The Club at 9:00AM and arriving 4:00 PM. On the special trips in red we'll be arriving to The Club at 5:00 PM.

Meningococcal Disease

Meningococcal disease is a bacterial infection caused by the bacterium Neisseria meningitidis. It can lead to serious illness, including meningitis (inflammation of the membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord) and bloodstream infections. Meningococcal disease can spread through respiratory droplets, such as coughing, sneezing, or close contact with an infected person.

In the United States, several types of meningococcal vaccines are available to help protect against different strains of the bacteria. The vaccines include meningococcal conjugate vaccines (MCV4) and meningococcal serogroup B vaccines (MenB). These vaccines are typically recommended for adolescents and young adults, as they are at higher risk of contracting meningococcal disease.
