INSTRUCTIONS

 

The membership system for the John M. Barry Boys & Girls Club operates through MyClubHub in collaboration with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, with MyClubHub itself being hosted on Salesforce. Each family is provided with a unique account, allowing them to include multiple children under it. With this account, your membership details will automatically renew each year, and you have the flexibility to update your contact information as needed. Additionally, you can conveniently make payments to the Club and upload relevant family documents, eliminating the need to start applications from scratch each time.

 

For the 2023-2024 School Year, the membership fee is $125 per family. High school memberships are also available at a cost of $50.00 per year. Financial assistance options are accessible for those who qualify, and you can adjust your fee, even reducing it to zero, during the application process if your family requires assistance. It's important to note that the Club is committed to ensuring that no family is turned away due to financial constraints.
 

New customers should click "need a log in", then enter information about the parent, then follow the link that is generated to the email that you provide to activate your new account

Returning customers must use the same email address as before to avoid the creation of multiple accounts for the same family.

Digitally affirm all waivers for all children that you are registering, click Finish, and complete checkout by paying

When finished entering all information for all children, click next

If registering more than one child, click the tab for the second child's name on the list at the top left of the screen and enter their information

Enter child 1 specific information

Select all of the children you will be registering for membership and click next.

Click "Create New Contact" and enter the basic information for your first child. Select "child" for role in household.  Repeat for additional children

Click "Create New Contact" and enter contact information for parent number 2 if desired.  Select "parent" for role in household.

Any additional parents/guardians or children you previously registered should be attached to your account already.  Simply click on them and update any information that has changed (especially age & grade)

Then select your membership price point.  Financial Aid families may choose reduced or zero

Once inside your Salesforce MyClubHub account, select Browse Memberships on the right hand side and select your membership option for the 2023-2024 School year.
